9ct Rose Gold Sandcast Engagement Ring with Kite Shaped Salt and Pepper Diamond
While considering their bespoke engagement ring commission, our lovely customer felt inspired by our 18ct Yellow Gold Sandcast Rough Pink Sapphire Ring. They particularly enjoyed how the gemstone seemed to be emerging from within the precious metal - feeling organically formed yet intentionally designed.
Our customer leaned into this sense of duality by opting to juxtapose a steely salt and pepper diamond with delightfully blushed 9ct rose gold. We chose to generously undulate the band of the ring around the kite cut diamond, with its precision cut facets seemingly bursting out of the gold, as if crystallised within the dappled metal. We find the visual contrast extremely pleasing and find it speaks perfectly to the individuality of our lovely customer.
The beautifully rosy gold was imbued with texture by being cast in sand from an especially sentimental location. Our sand collection contains over 500 sands from beaches, seas, rivers, deserts and beyond, meaning a part of your favourite place can always be carried with you.
We worked closely alongside our lovely customer to realise key elements of design that would truly speak to our customer's loved one and their story together. We think the finished engagement ring is a wonderful testament to how a bespoke commission can embody the individuality of the wearer, embodying sentiment and preference in jewellery that will be worn and loved for a lifetime.
