Shipping is free worldwide - this does not include customs fees that will be incurred if you are taking
delivery outside of the UK.
Lead times
Made to Order jewellery currently takes 3-4 weeks to make. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Ready to Wear & Off the Bench Peg jewellery is already made and be sent within 2-3 working days (not including items undergoing resize).
If you need something urgently, please get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to work around your deadline.
Dispatch Times
UK
All pieces are sent via Special Delivery with the Royal Mail and will need to be signed for. They should arrive the following working day after being sent, and you will be emailed an email with a tracking number when they’re in the post. It’s worth keeping an eye on your spam folder.
Europe and Rest of the World
Delivery varies somewhat from country to country. DHL worldwide express courier is our preferred service and they estimate 5-7 working days for most places. This service will require a signature upon receipt; if no one is going to be in when they try to deliver, you can re-schedule the delivery via the courier website.
Please note that international deliveries do incur a customs charge. If you are ordering from a country that is VAT exempt then our website prices should automatically adjust.
Express Delivery
We can occasionally make pieces more quickly on request, however this is highly dependent on material availability and is not always possible during busy periods. If you would like this service please get in touch with us first to check we can make the item in time. To put your order under an express delivery option, you can email us via the Contact Form, but we advise calling us on 01736 367254 to get straight through. During quieter times we will use our own discretion regarding express charges for orders as we will always send our items as soon as they are ready.
Packaging
We send all of our pieces in fully recyclable packaging.
Each piece comes in its own Justin Duance cork jewellery box. Our rings are always packed in a rustic cardboard box for delivery, complete with a care pack. Items such as studs, cufflinks and pendants will arrive in cork boxes in a large letter parcel.
Our packaging is discrete and doesn’t feature any branding or mention of jewellery. Perfect for presents!
