9ct Yellow Gold Sandcast Ring with Sapphires, Diamonds & Inlaid Wooden Dots

Our lovely customer felt particularly drawn towards the width and tactility of our 5mm Comfort Sandcast Ring. The width provides an ample canvas for the texture imparted by sandcasting and feels comfortable and unobtrusive when worn. A 5mm band allows for 3mm gemstones to be securely flush set while still allowing for a lovely organic undulation around the ring. We were delighted to be able to provide sand from a personally meaningful location to cast the ring in from our extensive collection of beach, river, sea and desert sands, which you can explore here.

Our customer also had a strong inclination towards our Wood Collection, feeling drawn towards being able to celebrate their partner's love of the natural world by choosing the wood inlaid in their ring from our Wood Collection. Ultimately opting for a sandcast band, we worked closely together to realise all the elements that appealed and chose to inlay two dots of sentimental wood alongside the diamonds and sapphires in a harmonious celebration of organic materials. 

We love the choice to graduate the gemstones in size order descending towards the inlaid wooden dots, set flush into uniquely dappled divots of texture that captivate from all angles. The finished ring is a beautifully considered piece that spoke volumes to the individuality of our lovely customer.
