TRESOR Jewellery Fair in Truro

Come and see us at the TRESOR Jewellery Fair at Cornwall Museum in Truro, alongside 31 other jewellers from ACJ Cornwall.
Private view: Friday 23rd October 6pm - 8:30pm, all welcome.
Fair: Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th October, 10am - 4pm
Venue: Cornwall Museum and Art Gallery, Truro, TR1 2SJ
The theme this year is Myths & Legends and each jeweller has been invited to draw inspiration from the theme and produce work in response to it.
Justin has created an imagined treasure hoard, hauled up from the bottom of the sea around Sevenstones reef - evidence of a land lost to the sea centuries ago.
These coins and buttons are cast in beach sand from Mounts Bay, and from Samson on the Isles of Scilly - an abandoned, uninhabited island.
Some of the treasures show a labyrinth. Inspired by a similar labyrinth on St Agnes on the Isles of Scilly. It is extremely old, and people have walked its path for hundreds of years.

Visitors can also get involved in jewellery making workshops throughout the weekend. Spaces are limited, book a workshop here.
