18ct Rose Gold Sandcast Engagement Ring with Heirloom White Sapphire

Our lovely customer, Bert, was kind enough to share the beautifully personal story behind his previously commissioned heirloom diamond ring  - which you can read here. 

We were honoured and delighted to then be entrusted with the commission for his engagement ring. Wanting his engagement ring to feel exuberantly sparkly, Bert sourced the luminous 6mm white sapphire from Sri Lanka, in tribute to his heritage, while on holiday with his future fiancé. The 4mm Comfort Sandcast Ring was cast in sand from an especially meaningful place, both imparting the rustic texture and embedding personal sentiment into the gold.

We love the combination of 18ct rose gold with the stunning and sparkly central white sapphire, which gently refracts the rosy light of the precious metal. An open gallery setting allows light to flood the stone from all angles, creating a beautiful shimmer.
