9ct Yellow Gold Sandcast Wedding Set with Bezel Set Own Topaz & x19 Heirloom Diamonds

Our lovely customer wanted to incorporate their stunning heirloom topaz, as well as a number of vintage diamonds, into their commission for a set of wedding jewellery.
