Sandcast Silver Kos Pendant with Scatter of Tanzanites & Topaz

Made by Jamila for Off the Bench Peg, this piece can be worn as a pendant or as a ring.

It was very much inspired by the idea of making a versatile piece of jewellery that felt special however it was worn.

Jamila cast recycled silver in St Ives beach sand, as a nod to the Barbara Hepworth inspired shape of the pendant, and set with a scatter of tanzanites & tourmalines in varying sizes and hues of blue.

The name 'Kos' was suggested by one of our lovely followers and is Norwegian for mindfulness and comfort. It felt a fitting choice as the shape and feel of the pendant is reminiscent of skimming stones.
