Amboyna Burr
The flowers on the Amboyna tree can be used as a honey sauce, while the leaves are often used in shampoos and fragrances. The wood itself has a sweet rose smell, and is often used in decorative veneer and inlay due to the marbling patterns and colours present in the burr. A friend of Justin's brought us our chunk of amboyna burr back from a trip to Canada.
In the last slide you can see an example of amboyna burr inlaid in a titanium ring and a P37 pendant.
